Cleaner

We are seeking to appoint a cleaner for St. Mary’s College. The role is 12.5 hours per week usually between the hours of 3.30pm – 6.00pm but some flexibility is required as additional cover may be needed.

The post is term time, including inset days, plus 40 hours to be worked over the course of the year during school holidays in agreement with the Site Manager. Uniform is supplied and relevant training courses will be arranged by the school.

The duties include keeping the designated areas in a clean and hygienic condition in accordance with agreed schedules and quality standards. Specific responsibilities shall consist of cleaning and disinfection, washing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, emptying of litter bins, polishing and dusting of the designated areas (which will include toilets) and fixtures and fittings.
